We offer clients in Kitsap County relaxation, pain relief, prenatal support, stress reduction, healthier skin—and even improved sleep and overall well-being.
We believe the body, mind, and skin are deeply connected—just different parts of the same whole. Whether you're working through soreness, calming irritation, or simply taking a moment to breathe, care for one part affects the rest.
Massage and skincare aren’t luxuries. They’re opportunities to pause, reset, and come back to yourself. No, they won’t change what’s waiting for you outside—but they can help you move through it with more ease, comfort, and clarity.
That hour of care ripples outward—physically, mentally, emotionally. It makes a difference.
One of the things I love most about massage is that it offers endless ways to connect—with people, with place, and with purpose. Over the years, I’ve worked in clinical settings supporting injury recovery, in spas blending relaxation with treatment, and in clients’ homes, helping them find calm in familiar spaces.
While working at a women’s day spa, I was inspired by the deep trust my clients placed in me—and by the way that trust created room for real healing. That experience sparked the dream of creating my own space.
Salt & Sage grew from that vision: a place where people can come as they are, feel present in their bodies, and take a breath. I’m grateful every day to do this work alongside people I trust and admire, offering care that’s thoughtful, skillful, and rooted in something real.

As a designer by nature, I approach massage like a creative process—thoughtfully shaped to fit your unique needs.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience, I’ve worked everywhere from the tranquil shores of Hawaii to high-end resort spas on the Las Vegas strip. Along the way, I’ve developed a wide range of techniques to draw from—so every session can be as relaxing, focused, or therapeutic as you need it to be.
Whether we’re working through specific areas of tension or simply creating space for deep rest, I’ll meet you where you are. My goal is always the same: to support your body in feeling more at ease, more balanced, and more connected to itself.

Salt & Sage began as a dream in the Seattle-Bellevue area, where I offered in-home massage services while also working shifts at renowned spas like Gene Juarez and Penelope and the Beauty Bar. This experience helped shape my vision for a space that could provide personalized, healing care outside of the traditional spa setting.
When I moved to Belfair, I expanded by renting a room in Port Orchard. But the real turning point came when I discovered a charming 200-square-foot space on Bay Street. It was the perfect canvas for a heartfelt renovation project that transformed it into the cozy sanctuary that would become Salt & Sage.
Though unforeseen circumstances led to a relocation, this change opened the door to Marina Square, our current beautiful space. Here, we continue to nurture the same welcoming, peaceful environment that has been at the heart of Salt & Sage since the beginning.
