About the Role:

As a Massage Therapist at Salt & Sage, you’ll do more than just provide massage, you’ll offer a grounded, nurturing experience from the moment a client walks in the door. With only one treatment room and no receptionist, this is a solo-practitioner-style role that allows for a deeply personal connection with each client.

You’ll be responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them through intake, providing thoughtful, customized treatments, and offering warm hospitality throughout their visit, including check-out and rebooking. It’s a chance to create a meaningful experience from start to finish, with autonomy, presence, and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering high-quality massage sessions tailored to each client’s needs

Conducting intakes and maintaining accurate SOAP notes

Creating a calming, clean, and welcoming environment

Managing check-in, check-out, and light office upkeep

Recommending treatments, add-ons, or self-care tools when appropriate

Requirements:
Valid Washington State Massage License

Compensation:
Starting hourly wage of $20 plus 25-35% commission, based on experience
