If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, in order to accommodate our schedule. It is at the therapist's discretion to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. You will be responsible for the full fee of the service scheduled.
Late Arrivals

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for any reason, will be considered a 'no-show'. They will be charged the full fee for the time and service scheduled. Please be respectful of our time.
No-Show
24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer the time to another client. If you are unable to give advanced notice, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment. This balance must be paid before you will be able to book again.

To use a gift certificate while booking online, you'll have the option to prepay for your session. Select ‘gift certificate’ from the dropdown menu in the payment section and enter your unique code.
