No-show

late arrivals

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyones life. In our desire to be effective and fair to our clients, we honor the following policies.

24 hour notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer the time to another client. If you are unable to give advanced notice, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment. This balance must be paid before you will be able to book again.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for any reason, will be considered a 'no-show'. They will be charged the full fee for the time and service scheduled. Please be respectful of our time.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened, in order to accomodate our schedule. It is at the therapist's discretion to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. You will be responsible for the full fee of the service scheduled.

Make sure you drink plenty of water, prior to your appointment. Arriving to your massage clean and in comfy clothes is recommended.

In an effort to stay in line with the market average and to ensure cost of living increases for our massage therapists, our rates are subject to change on an annual basis.

We do not do insurance billing. However, we do accept payment using HSA/FSA cards. Additionally, many insurance companies offer reimbursement for massage services. Contact your carrier for more information.
